Cheerful Sales Representative

Working under the responsibility of the Director of Operations, the Sales Representative’s main task will be to develop sales in the assigned territory assigned using the resources and tools provided.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

On a day-to-day basis, the Sales Representative will:

  • Make appointments with the customers who have requested quotes
  • Meet with customers to establish their needs
  • Make follow-up calls to potential customers in order to meet the sales objectives of the territory
  • Assess the customers’ needs in order to enhance customer sales and results
  • Take part in marketing and business networking events to improve the company’s visibility on the territory
  • Offer products aligned on the customers’ needs and conclude sales
  • Ensure customer follow-ups

To join our team, the ideal candidate must have the following:

  • Three years’ experience in sales
  • Knowledge of the interior or kitchen design market (asset)
  • Knowledge of sales techniques
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)

Friendly Store Manager

The applicant will ensure the operation of the branch and manage a multidisciplinary team. He or she will be supervised by the Director of Operations. He or she will oversee the sales performance and quality of installations while continuously improving profitability in-store and throughout the territory.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

The Store Manager will:

  • Optimize the branch’s operations to improve profitability
  • Implement strategies in terms of sales, growth, and marketing in collaboration with the management team
  • Use his or her skills, experience and talent to come up with innovative ideas and set themselves bold objectives
  • Manage a team of representatives, installers and designers
  • Supervise and train the team, and promote a team culture consistent with the company’s philosophy
  • Enforce customer service standards to provide customers with an experience that consistently surpasses their expectations
  • Take the kitchen measurements for the sales concluded in collaboration with representatives
  • Ensure order follow-ups and project management with the designer
  • Ensure the quality of the installations and collect final payments once the transformations are complete
  • Take part in strategic meetings with the management team

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

  • Formal education or training in design
  • At least 5 years’ experience in project management functions related to kitchen design
  • At least 2 years’ experience in personnel management

Kitchen installer with a stellar refacing track record

The ideal candidate must ensure that all kitchen installations are performed to perfection. Reporting directly to the store manager, the installer will be responsible for the quality of all installations, and respecting the company’s norms and standards.

Main responsibilities:

  • Prepare the workspace at the client’s home
  • Remove old kitchen cabinets and cabinet doors
  • Install all the new kitchen components
  • Clean up all the construction debris and bring it to the closest Éco Design store

To join our team, you must have:

  • 5 years’ experience in installing kitchens (experience in refacing a definite asset)
  • A car in good working condition
  • The necessary tools

The ideal candidate must ensure an impeccable customer service for all clients. Under the supervision of the store manager, the in-store sales consultant will be responsible for offering clients an amazing and unmatched kitchen shopping experience.

Main responsibilities:

  • Welcome incoming clients and inform them of our services and products
  • Advise clients on their choices of kitchen material
  • Take telephone calls from people looking for information and redirecting them to the right sales representative
  • Keep track of all calls, emails and requests for quotes
  • Participate in training sessions on a regular basis

  • 0-1 years’ experience in a customer service role

Main responsibilities:

  • Design conceptual and technical plans for new and existing projects
  • Ensure the follow up of all projects and assist the store manager in his or her tasks
  • Issue orders with various suppliers and ensure that orders are delivered according to schedule
  • Coordinate kitchen installations with all stakeholders (clients, suppliers, installers)
  • Coordinate all tasks related to supply chain management, including verifying orders upon deliver
